John Hall has had extensive experience with listed companies and financial institutions.  John’s career has taken him from being the CEO of the International Banks’ and Securities Association of Australia to being the CEO of Austraclear and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  He currently holds directorships with Bank of China (Australia) Pty Ltd, PayPal Australia Pty Ltd, Hockey Australia and chairs the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association Inc.  He has also been on the board of Tribeca Learning Ltd.  John is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has also obtained his MBA.

William is the founder and CEO of CommQuest.  In 2000 he founded SMART, which is the largest individual company within the CommQuest group. SMART currently has over 500 people involved with the organisation and has expanded SMART into a national operation. SMART has been listed in the Top 30 of the BRW Fast 100 for the past four years in a row. William holds a degree in Public Relations from RMIT University.

Boyd is the current planning director and one of three business partners at Boiler Room. Boyd has extensive experience in the marketing and media buying industry both in Australia and overseas including time at renowned agency, Optimedia. Boyd has assisted in building Boiler Room into one of the top private agencies in Australia, denoted by it being named B&T Emerging Agency of the Year in 2004.

Jordan is the current CEO of SMART and business partner of William.  Jordan has designed and implemented state-of-the-art systems used as the backbone of the SMART operation, which includes the operation of over 250 call centre seats, strategically spread across the country. Jordan holds a degree in Marketing from Monash University.

Tom brings a wealth of financial and corporate experience being the CEO for Ernst & Young’s Melbourne office for 12 years and Managing Partner and Chairman of the Australian firm in 1995 and 1996. He currently holds directorships with listed companies Genepharm Australasia Ltd and HLT Ltd Tom holds an Honours degree in Commerce, a degree in Economics and is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Society for Certified Practicing Accountants. Tom was also admitted as a Member of the Order of Australia in 2002 for his work with religious and charitable organisations and contribution to business.

Paul Tobin

Paul Xavier Tobin has had an executive career in Australia and overseas focused on growing companies by the successful purchase and integration of complementary businesses. Paul has over 20 years global senior executive experience in mergers & acquisitions, operations, integration, change management, corporate strategy, customer and investor relations, dispute resolution, and electronic commerce. His most recent executive role was as Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary of Computershare Ltd, a company that grew over 6 fold during his seven year tenure, primarily through acquisitions. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
